Julie Van Dielen is a St. Louis native from a long line of law enforcement professionals.  With many years with the video training company In the Line of Duty, and a background in radio broadcasting, Julie brings her broad and unusual skill set to LETR. 

Tim Ellis is a veteran Ohio police officer who adds his research and project development skills to the talent pool. 

The Team is a big international network of Law Enforcement professionals and creative pros who bring their skills to the fore when called upon. Street cops, subject matter experts, authors and professors keep the knowledge base fresh and up to date.
